SNEK SHOP FAQ
Do you keep inventory?
Most Snek Shop products are intended to be made to order. That means the product is produced after your order is placed rather than pulled from a No Step On Snek warehouse.
Who ships the order?
Orders may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Depending on the items purchased, different products in the same order may occasionally ship separately.
How long does fulfillment take?
Made-to-order products require production time before carrier transit begins. Estimated production and shipping information will be shown where available on product pages and during checkout.
What if there is a printing or manufacturing defect?
Customers should contact the Snek Shop with their order information and photos of the issue. Defect and damage claims will be handled according to the applicable fulfillment partner policy and the store’s published return terms.
Can I return an item because I ordered the wrong size?
Because many products are made specifically for each order, return rules may differ from traditional stocked retail. Final return and exchange terms will be clearly published before the shop begins accepting orders.
Why use multiple fulfillment partners?
No single provider is best at every product. The store may use different partners for apparel, flags, patches, keychains, or specialty merchandise while keeping checkout on NoStepOnSnek.com.
Does buying merchandise count as a political contribution?
The Snek Shop is being structured as a commercial merchandise operation. If No Step On Snek later creates a regulated political committee or formal political party organization, its finances, contribution rules, disclosures, and legal structure will be handled separately as required by applicable law.
